Managing Contacts

Track every person and company from your meetings and contracts.

Auto-populated from meetings

QuickContract automatically builds your contact database from your meetings. When you record a call and the transcript is processed, every participant mentioned or identified is added to your People list. Their company affiliation, role, and contact details are extracted where available. You never need to manually enter contacts — they appear as you work.

People profiles

Each person has a dedicated profile page that acts as a complete relationship timeline. You can see at a glance:

  • Meeting history — every recorded meeting this person attended, with links to full transcripts
  • Contract history — all contracts involving this person, their current status, and key dates
  • Terms discussed — specific terms, pricing, and conditions mentioned across meetings
  • Action items — tasks and follow-ups extracted from meeting transcripts

Click any person in the sidebar or from a meeting's attendee list to open their profile.

Company profiles

Companies are created automatically when people are associated with an organization. A company profile links to all employees you have interacted with, every meeting involving anyone from that company, and all related contracts. This gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire relationship with an organization.

You can edit company details — name, industry, notes — directly from the company profile page.

One-click debrief

From any person or company profile, click Generate Debrief to produce an AI-powered summary of your entire relationship. The debrief pulls together all meetings, contracts, terms, and action items into a concise narrative. This is useful before a follow-up call or when handing off a relationship to a colleague.

Available on the Free plan

People and company tracking works on all plans, including Free. AI-powered debriefs require a Pro or Team license and a configured AI provider.

Editing and merging contacts

Sometimes the same person appears under slightly different names across meetings. You can edit any contact's name, email, company, or role from their profile. If duplicates appear, you can merge two people into a single profile — their meeting and contract histories are combined automatically.

Tip

Use the search bar at the top of the People page to quickly find contacts by name, company, or email. Filters let you narrow by company or by meeting date range.
